  1. What Is Route?

Route is our package insurance. It is available for purchase for a very small fee at checkout when selecting your shipping method. Both our international and domestic customers can opt-in for Route. Customers who are protected under Route can file claims to receive a replacement or a refund back for packages that are lost in transit, arrive damaged, or are stolen. The claim filing process includes three steps and is completely self-serve and easy to do.

  1. If I place my order today, when will I receive my hair extensions?
Products ship within 1-3 business days from your order date.  Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days. During Major Sales and Promotions, orders may take up to 7 business days for orders to process.  Processing times for full lace wigs can take up to 25 business days. During major holidays, processing times for wigs can take up 35 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends and/or major holidays.
Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc. See our Order processing and Shipping policy for more details
  1. I ordered online, but want to cancel, Can I do that?

We are sorry, once an order is submitted, it may not be canceled or refunded.  We encourage customers to their order details carefully before submitting their order.

  1. Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we ship to PO BOXES. Please note that the overnight option for PO BOX addresses requires up to 2 days for delivery as we use USPS for PO BOX addresses. All PO BOX addresses ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS).

  1. Do you wholesale?

We do not currently offer wholesale products.

  1. I placed an order and did not use a discount code. Can you apply the code after my order is placed?

 We will not issue a refund or apply the said discount code after your order is submitted. Although rare, advertised discount codes may be used towards  future purchases.

  1. In the event that I miss my hair appointment as a result of a delayed delivery, will The La’Patraris Hair and Lash Company cover the cost of my Hair Appointment and/or cancellation fees?

No, The La’Patraris Hair and Lash Company will not cover or pay for any fees associated to the cancellation of hair services and appointments.  Please wait to receive and confirm your items purchased before confirming any and all hair appointments and services

  1. Will The La’Patraris Hair and Lash Company cover the cost of the installation of the hair I purchased?

No. The La’Patraris Hair and Lash Company is not responsible for any  costs associated with the installation of the products purchased on this website and stores.

  1. My shipping label was printed but my tracking number has no movement?

Please allow up to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email to see movement on the carrier's website. If you do not see movement after 48 hours, please email us at info@lapatarishairandlash.com

  1. Do you offer Student, Military or Stylist discounts?

We do not offer discounts to select groups at this time. Join our Unleash the Smile Now e-mail list for updates on upcoming promotions and offers.

  1. I am not Black and I have fine hair, will this hair work for me too?

Absolutely, we sell 100% human hair that can be used by all races. If you have fine hair, we suggest Malaysian Body Wave, if you are seeking a curly texture, we suggest the Brazilian LOOSE Wave.

  1. Can I color La’Pataris hair extensions?

Yes, all La’Pataris Hair Extensions can be colored.  Seek the help of a professional colorist for assistance.

  1. Will the curls revert back when I straighten out the curly or wavy hair?

Yes, all of our wavy and curly textures will always revert back to its natural state when washed. Your La’Pataris hair can also be colored.  We do recommend the assistance of a professional colorist when coloring raw hair. Tip:  Use a higher volume developer in shorter increments when coloring raw hair.

  1. Do I seal need to seal the wefts on my La’Pataris hair extension bundles?

We strongly recommend that you seal your wefts only when they are cut to ensure that they don't unravel.  If the weft remains intact, there is no need to seal the weft. 

  1. Can I swim in salt or chlorine water while wearing La’Pataris hair extensions?

Yes, you can swim in salt or chlorine water. We ask that you wash and detangle your hair immediately after your swim. Refer to hair care tips.

  1. How long will my La’Pataris hair extensions last?

Our hair is guaranteed to last 2 or more years with proper care.

LACE WIGS...

Lace front wigs feature realistic temple-to-temple front hairlines that give the appearance of naturally growing hair, allowing for versatile off-the-face styling options.

It has human hair or synthetic fibers hand-tied to poly-silk mesh lace at the front, creating a seamless, completely natural-looking hairline.

U-PART WIGS

Since a portion of your natural hair will be left out, U-part wigs offer more versatility when it comes to sectioning out your hair, and often give a more natural-looking finish. You also have the freedom to style your edges however you'd like.

They're a great choice for anyone who wants to add some length as well, but either wishes to give their hair a break from weaves, or wants the option to easily take their hair off at the end of the day.

HEADBAND WIGS...

Headband wigs offer an easy-to-wear option that requires nothing more than your natural hair being slicked back or braided down under. If you're not a pro at applying wigsheadband wigs are a great option. Not only does it not require any combs, clips or glue, but it also tends to look more natural than lace wigs.
