Shipping Policy
We ask you to use the same billing and shipping address for your orders. Make sure you enter the billing address associated with your bank card. If you do not enter the associated address, we will not be able to process your payment. If you see a pending transaction on your card after the transaction has been declined, the hold on the funds will fall off.
We do ship to PO BOXES.
Please note that the Express Shipping option for PO BOX addresses requires up to 2 days for delivery as we use USPS for PO BOX addresses. All PO BOX addresses ship with the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Orders over $150 will automatically have signature requirements and cannot be modified, so please plan accordingly.
Processing Times:
Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you make a purchase on Friday, your order will be processed on the next business day, which is Monday). Processing generally takes 1-2 Business days for your order to be shipped out.
All shipping times stated below begin after your order has been processed.
Express Shipping Orders are 2 to 3 Business Days.
Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location.
Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location.
International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location.
Delivery times are based on the distance from our Atlanta warehouse.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information as well as update tracking emails until your order has been delivered.
Insurance:
We offer a Route insurance option when placing orders on our site. Please understand that if a package is lost, stolen, or damaged after leaving our facility we are unable to accept any responsibility for the package contents. We do not provide refunds or replacements for orders that are lost, stolen or damaged while in transit. We unfortunately do not take responsibility if USPS or FEDEX delays, damages or loses your package, as it is 100% out of our company’s control. In the event that something happens to your package please contact Route via their mobile app or website.
